What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services based on their needs
Make outbound calls to connect with potential business customers and present communication packages
Provide high‑level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system
Utilize product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the benefits of switching to the employer's services
Problem‑solve and find solutions to encourage business customers to commit
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training
Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
Strong communication skills to direct conversations and close sales
Proactive approach to customer engagement and problem‑solving
Associate’s degree or higher is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in a sales‑oriented role or customer service environment
Familiarity with telecommunications products and services
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
