What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system
Utilize product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the benefits of switching services
Problem‑solve and find solutions to encourage customer commitment
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training
Outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
Strong ability to direct conversations and close sales
Proactive approach to customer engagement
Preferred educational qualification: Associate’s degree or higher
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in a customer service or sales role
Ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of telecommunications products and services
Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly SalesForce
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outgoing personality with a knack for building rapport with customers
