What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell services based on their needs
Make outbound calls to present communication packages to potential business customers
Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system
Utilize knowledge of products to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the value of switching to the employer's services
Problem-solve and encourage customer commitment to enhance business relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
Proactive approach to customer engagement and sales
Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center preferred
Outgoing personality with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
3 to 6 months of related experience and/or training
Associate's degree or higher preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in a sales or customer service role within the telecommunications industry
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Familiarity with SalesForce or similar CRM software
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to build rapport quickly with clients
