What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell services based on their needs
Make outbound calls to connect with potential business customers and present communication packages
Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system
Utilize product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the value of switching to the employer’s services
What is Required (Qualifications):
Proactive approach to problem‑solving and customer engagement
Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
Three to six months of related experience and/or training required; an Associate's degree or higher is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in customer service or sales roles, particularly in telecommunications
Familiarity with SalesForce or similar CRM systems
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment
Skills in tailoring communication to meet customer needs and expectations
