What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system
Utilize product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries about services
Problem-solve and encourage commitment from business customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
Three to six months of related experience and/or training
Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
Ability to engage in conversations and close sales effectively
A proactive approach to customer service and relationship building
Educational preference: Associate's degree or higher
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in sales or customer service roles within the telecommunications industry
Strong communication skills and ability to tailor interactions to customer needs
Familiarity with SalesForce or similar CRM systems
Demonstrated commitment to community service and engagement
Outgoing personality with a knack for problem-solving
