What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell services based on their needs
Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system
Utilize product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and promote the benefits of switching services
Problem-solve and encourage customer commitment to enhance their experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
A proactive approach to customer engagement and problem-solving
Previous outbound telemarketing experience, preferably in a call center
Ability to direct conversations and close sales
Three to six months of related experience and/or training
Associate's degree or higher preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in sales or customer service roles that involved direct interaction with clients
Strong communication skills with an outgoing personality
Familiarity with SalesForce or similar customer relationship management software
