What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
Make outbound calls to connect with potential business customers and present communication packages
Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system
Utilize expertise in Sparklight's products to assist customers with their inquiries
Problem-solve and encourage customers to commit to services
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training
Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
Ability to engage in conversations and successfully close sales
Proactive approach to customer service
Preferred educational background: Associate's degree or higher
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in a sales-oriented environment
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to tailor communications to meet customer needsOutgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
Familiarity with SalesForce or similar CRM systems
