What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services

Make outbound calls to potential business customers and present communication packages

Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system

Utilize expertise in Sparklight's products to assist customers and address their questions

Problem-solve and encourage business customers to commit to services

What is Required (Qualifications)

Proactive approach to customer engagement and problem-solving

Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred

Outgoing personality with ability to direct conversations and close sales

3 to 6 months of related experience and/or training required

Preferred educational background: Associate's degree or higher

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in a sales-oriented environment

Familiarity with telecommunications products and services

Strong customer relationship management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience in a customer service role
