What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
Make outbound calls to connect with potential business customers and present communication packages
Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system
Assist customers with inquiries about Sparklight's products and services
Proactively problem-solve to encourage customer commitment and satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training
Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
Outgoing personality with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
Proactive approach to customer service
High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree or higher is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in sales or customer service roles in telecommunications or related fields
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer objections
Familiarity with SalesForce or similar CRM platforms
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction
