What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system
Utilize expertise of products to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the value of switching to the employer's services
Problem-solve and find solutions to encourage customer commitments
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training
Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
Ability to engage in conversations and close sales effectivelyProactive approach to customer service and relationship building
Associate's degree or higher is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a customer service or sales role within the telecommunications industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with CRM software, particularly SalesForce
A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
