What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packagesProvide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system
Utilize product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the value of switching to the employer’s services
What is Required (Qualifications):
Proactive approach to customer engagement and problem-solving
Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
Outgoing personality with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training
Associate’s degree or higher preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in sales or customer service roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with SalesForce or similar CRM tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
