What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities
Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system
Utilize product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the value of switching services
Problem-solve and find solutions to support business customers in making commitments
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training
Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
Outgoing personality with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
A proactive approach to customer engagement
Educational background: Associate's degree or higher preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in sales or customer service roles within the telecommunications industry
Strong communication skills with an emphasis on empathy and respect for customers
Familiarity with SalesForce or similar customer relationship management (CRM) software
