What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services based on their needs
Make outbound calls to connect with potential business customers and present communication packages
Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system
Utilize knowledge of products to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the value of services
Problem-solve and offer solutions to encourage customers to commit to services
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training
Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
Ability to engage customers and close sales effectively
A proactive approach to customer interactions
Associate's degree or higher is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a sales-focused role within a telecommunications or service-oriented environment
Strong understanding of customer relationship management systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
