What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system
Assist customers with questions about services and demonstrate the value of switching to the employer
Problem-solve and find solutions to encourage business customers to commit
What is Required (Qualifications)
A proactive approach to customer interactions
Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
Outgoing personality with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
Three to six months of related experience and/or training preferred
Associate's degree or higher preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a sales-oriented role within telecommunications or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with SalesForce or similar CRM systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
