What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services that may meet their needs
Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present the employer's communication packages
Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system
Utilize product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the value of switching to the employer's services
Problem-solve and encourage customers to commit to services
What is Required (Qualifications)
Must have a proactive approach to customer engagement
Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
Outgoing personality with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
Three to six months of related experience and/or training is required
Associate's degree or higher is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in sales or customer service in a telecommunications environment
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
Familiarity with SalesForce or similar CRM software
Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers
