What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
Make outbound calls to connect with potential business customers and present service packages
Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system
Utilize knowledge of the employer's products to assist customers and demonstrate the value of switching services
Problem-solve and encourage customers to commit to services
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training
Outgoing individuals with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
Proactive approach to customer engagement
Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
Associate's degree or higher is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in a customer service or sales role within the telecommunications industry
Strong problem-solving skills to address customer needs effectively
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
Familiarity with SalesForce or similar CRM systems
Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets or quotas
