What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
Make outbound calls to connect with potential business customers and present communication packages
Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system
Utilize expertise of the employer's products to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate value
Problem-solve and find solutions to encourage business customers to commit
What is Required (Qualifications):
A proactive approach to customer engagement
Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
Outgoing personality with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
3 to 6 months of related experience and/or training required
Associate's degree or higher is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in a sales environment or customer service role
Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers
Familiarity with SalesForce or similar customer relationship management systems
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
