What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services

Make outbound calls to engage potential business customers and present communication packages

Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system

Use expertise in the employer's products to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate value

Problem-solve and encourage customers to commit to services, ensuring a seamless experience

What is Required (Qualifications)

A proactive approach to customer engagement and problem-solving

Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred

Outgoing personality with the ability to direct conversations and close sales

3 to 6 months of related experience and/or training

Associate's degree or higher is preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in a sales environment with a focus on customer relationship management

Familiarity with SalesForce or similar CRM systems

Strong communication skills with a knack for building rapport with clients

Background in the telecommunications industry

Previous experience in a customer service role
