What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell services
Make outbound calls to connect with potential business customers and present service packages
Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system
Utilize product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries about services
Problem-solve and find solutions to encourage customer commitments
What is Required (Qualifications):
A proactive approach to customer service
Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
Outgoing personality with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
Three to six months of related experience and/or training
Associate's degree or higher preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in sales or customer service roles
Familiarity with telecommunications products and services
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal communication abilities
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
