Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages Provide high-level customer service and accurately enter customer data into the SalesForce system Utilize product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the value of services Problem-solve and encourage customers to commit to services What is Required (Qualifications)
Three to six months of related experience and/or training Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred Proactive approach with the ability to direct conversations and close sales Ability to work well with customers, addressing their needs with expertise and respect Outgoing personality, comfortable with engaging customers How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
