What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Follow up with current customers to ensure their satisfaction and upsell additional services based on their needs
Make outbound calls to connect with potential business customers and present communication packages
Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system
Utilize product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the value of switching to the employer's services
What is Required (Qualifications)
A proactive approach to encourage customer commitment and problem-solving
Three to six months of related experience and/or training, with a preference for outbound telemarketing experience
Ability to engage in conversations and close sales effectively
Associate's degree or higher preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a call center environment
Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
Familiarity with SalesForce or similar CRM systems
