What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
Make outbound calls to connect with potential business customers and present communication packages
Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system
Utilize knowledge of products to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the benefits of switching services
Engage proactively to encourage customer commitments and resolve any issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
A proactive approach to problem‑solving and customer engagement
Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training
Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to direct conversations to close sales
Associate's degree or higher preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in customer service or sales within a telecommunications or related industry
Familiarity with SalesForce or similar CRM systems
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing situations
Knowledge of broadband, phone, and cable services
