What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system
Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and demonstrate the benefits of switching services
Engage proactively with customers to solve problems and encourage commitment
What is Required (Qualifications):
Proactive approach to customer engagement and problem-solving
Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
Ability to direct conversations and close sales effectively
Three to six months of related experience and/or training required
Associate's degree or higher preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in a sales environment, particularly in telecommunications or related fields
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with SalesForce or similar customer relationship management software
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
