What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
Make outbound calls to present communication packages to potential business customers
Provide high‑level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system
Utilize product expertise to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the value of switching to the employer’s services
What is Required (Qualifications)
A proactive approach to problem‑solving and encouraging customer commitment
Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
Outgoing personality with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
Three to six months of related experience and/or training required
Associate’s degree or higher preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in sales or customer service roles, particularly in telecommunications
Familiarity with SalesForce or similar CRM software
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet sales targets
