What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present service packages
Provide exceptional customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system
Utilize product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate value in switching services
Problem solve and encourage business customers to commit to services
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training
Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
Strong ability to direct conversations and close sales
Proactive approach to customer engagement and problem-solving
Associate's degree or higher preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in customer service or sales within the telecommunications industry
Strong communication skills and ability to tailor interactions to customer needs
Familiarity with SalesForce or similar CRM systems
