
Call Center Outbound Business Account Representative

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell services based on their needs
Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
Provide high-level customer service and accurately enter customer data into the SalesForce system
Utilize product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate why switching to the employer is beneficial
Problem‑solve and encourage customer commitment to services
What is Required (Qualifications):
A proactive approach to customer engagement and problem‑solving
Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
Outgoing personality with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
3 to 6 months of related experience and/or training
Associate's degree or higher is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in a sales or customer service role within the telecommunications industry
Familiarity with using SalesForce or similar CRM systems
