What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
Enter customer data accurately into the SalesForce system
Utilize product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate service value
Problem-solve and provide solutions to encourage customer commitment
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training
A proactive approach to customer interactions
Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
Ability to direct conversations and close sales
Associate's degree or higher preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
Experience in a customer service or sales environment
Familiarity with telecommunications products and services
