Job Responsibilities
Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
Provide high‑level customer service and accurately enter customer data into the SalesForce system
Use expertise in the employer's products to assist customers with inquiries
Problem‑solve and encourage customers to commit to services
Qualifications
Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training
Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
Ability to direct conversations and close sales
Proactive approach to customer relationships
Associate's degree or higher preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a customer service‑oriented role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with SalesForce or similar CRM systems
