Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services Make outbound calls to connect with potential business customers and present communication packages Provide high‑level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system Utilize expertise in the employer's products to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate value Problem‑solve and find solutions to help business customers commit to services Qualifications
Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training in a sales or customer service role Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to direct conversations and close sales Proactive approach to customer interaction and problem‑solving Associate's degree or higher is preferred Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a similar sales or customer service role Strong understanding of telecommunications products and services Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment Familiarity with SalesForce or similar customer relationship management systems We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
