Job Responsibilities
Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system
Use product expertise to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the value of switching to the employer's services
Problem-solve and find solutions to encourage customer commitment
Qualifications
Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training
Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
Proactive approach to customer interactions and problem‑solving
Associate's degree or higher preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in customer service or sales within a telecommunications environment
Ability to tailor communications to meet the unique needs of each customer
Familiarity with SalesForce or similar CRM systems
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
