What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell services based on their needs
Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
Provide high-level customer service and accurately enter customer data into the SalesForce system
Utilize expertise in the employer's products to assist customers and promote the benefits of switching services
What is Required (Qualifications):
Proactive approach to customer interactions, with problem-solving skills to encourage commitments
Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
Outgoing personality with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training
Associate's degree or higher is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in customer service or sales within the telecommunications industry
Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers
Understanding of broadband, phone, and cable services
Familiarity with SalesForce or similar CRM systems
