What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services

Make outbound calls to present communication packages to potential business customers

Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system

Use product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries about services

Problem-solve and encourage customers to commit to services

What is Required (Qualifications):

A proactive approach to customer engagement

Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred

Strong communication skills to direct conversations and close sales

3 to 6 months of related experience and/or training

Associate's degree or higher is preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment

Strong problem-solving abilities to assist business customers

Familiarity with SalesForce or similar CRM systems

Outgoing personality with a knack for building rapport with clients

Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence
