What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system
Utilize knowledge of the employer’s products to assist customers with inquiries
Problem-solve and provide solutions to encourage customer commitment
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training
Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
Ability to engage in conversations and close sales effectively
Proactive approach to customer interactions
Educational attainment of an Associate’s degree or higher is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in a customer service or sales role within the telecommunications industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Familiarity with SalesForce or similar CRM systems
A positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction
