What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services

Make outbound calls to connect with potential business customers and present communication packages

Provide high-level customer service through accurate data entry in the SalesForce system

Use product expertise to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the value of switching services

Problem‑solve and encourage customers to commit to services

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training

Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred

Ability to direct conversations and close sales effectively

Proactive approach to customer engagement and problem‑solving

Education: Associate's degree or higher preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Outgoing personality with strong communication skills

Experience in a customer service role within a sales environment

Familiarity with telecommunications products and services

Strong problem‑solving skills to assist business customers

Commitment to community involvement and support
