Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell services based on their needs Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system Utilize product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries about services offered Problem-solve and encourage customers to commit to services What is Required (Qualifications):
A proactive approach to customer engagement Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred Outgoing personality with the ability to direct conversations and close sales Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training Preferred educational background: Associate's degree or higher How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
