Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services Make outbound calls to connect with potential business customers and present service packages Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system Utilize product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the value of switching services Problem-solve and find solutions to encourage customer commitments What is Required (Qualifications):
A proactive approach to customer engagement Three to six months of related experience and/or training Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred Excellent communication skills with an outgoing personality Associate's degree or higher is preferred How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
