Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system Utilize knowledge of products to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate service value Problem-solve and find solutions to encourage customer commitments What is Required (Qualifications)
A proactive approach to customer interactions Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred Ability to direct conversations and close sales Three to six months of related experience and/or training Associate's degree or higher preferred How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in sales or customer service roles Strong communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with SalesForce or similar CRM systems Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated problem-solving skills We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
