What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell services based on their needs
Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
Provide excellent customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system
Utilize expertise in Sparklight's products to assist customers and demonstrate the value of switching services
What is Required (Qualifications):
Proactive approach to encourage customers to commit and find solutions
Three to six months of related experience and/or training in outbound telemarketing preferred
Ability to engage in conversations and close sales
Associate's degree or higher preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience in a call center environment
Outgoing personality with strong conversation directing skills
