Job Requirements Qualifications of a Sales Consultant
Ability to communicate and connect with customers inperson and on the phone
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to recommend steps of the sale
Be Able to Create and Maintain Customer Relationships
Prior retail or sales experience a plus but not required
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to receive feedback and implement recommendations for improvement
Responsibilities of a Sales Consultant (including but not limited to):
Exhibit high level commitment to providing best-in-class customer experience
Complete classroom and on-going training
Guide customers through our unique sales process
Present vehicle and products professionally
Use dealer specific software and systems to complete sales paperwork
Use Q Bar equipment and serve customers
Continuously improve behaviors and results
