Qualify leads and perform needs assessments while engaging technical resources Meet or exceed sales objectives for assigned accounts and territory Create, deliver, and manage client presentations, proposals, and quarterly business reviews Conduct high-level conversations with C-level and VP-level executives Develop and maintain business within existing accounts and manage complex sales situations What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5+ years of Telephony Contact Center Sales or Sales Support experience Proven experience in leading product/services training and creating learning materials Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools BA/BS degree or equivalent experience Willingness to travel as needed How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
8+ years of Telephony Contact Center Sales or Sales Support experience 3+ years of Cloud Contact Center experience Multilingual skills are a plus Experience with Salesforce CRM, Dynamics, Zoom Info, and Discover Org We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
