What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Generate new sales prospects and manage a sales territory, including renewals and account management

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

Conduct product/service demonstrations and engage in negotiations to successfully close sales

Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth and provide detailed sales reports to management

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Field Sales or Account Management

Strong understanding of business, financials, products/services, and the market

Excellent written and oral communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities

Ability to manage a territory/account and effectively monitor resources

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience using CRM and sales tracking software

Proven ability to build and sustain client relationships

Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer feedback

Demonstrated proficiency in negotiating terms and closing deals

Familiarity with the corporate sales environment and client needs
