What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Assist customers with U-Haul products and services at the center
Manage rentals and inventory using smartphone-based U-Scan technology
Clean, inspect, and maintain equipment including trucks and trailers
Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment
Participate in ongoing education and training programs
What is Required (Qualifications)
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work in a moderate-risk environment with special safety precautions
Physical ability to lift equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs
Availability to participate in continuous education and training
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in customer service or related fields
Ability to drive a forklift (certification provided upon employment)
Willingness to obtain certification for filling propane
Familiarity with working in a retail or service-oriented environment
