We are seeking a

People Relations Partner – North America

to support the U.S., Canada, and Mexico region. This is a high-impact role focused on employee relations strategy, workplace investigations, and regional compliance leadership. About the Role

This position serves as the regional escalation point for complex and high-risk employee relations matters. The selected individual will ensure consistent execution of global HR and People Relations standards while aligning with local employment laws across North America. You will partner closely with HR Leadership, Employment Legal, and business leaders to manage investigations, workforce actions, and proactive risk mitigation strategies. Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee workplace investigations across U.S., Canada, and Mexico Act as escalation point for sensitive employee relations matters Partner with Legal and HR leadership on high-risk cases Ensure regional compliance with employment laws and company policies Monitor and analyze ER metrics to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions Support global HR process improvements and scalable self-service initiatives Guide workforce actions and terminations with discretion and compliance What We’re Looking For

8+ years of Employee Relations / People Relations experience Deep knowledge of U.S. employment law (multi-state experience preferred) Exposure to Canada and Mexico labor laws strongly preferred Proven experience leading complex workplace investigations Strong executive communication and presentation skills Experience working in a global or multinational environment Duration: 8 Months Contract (Possibility of extension) About US Tech Solutions
