Retention bonuses available: $250 after 4 weeks and $500 after 7 weeks, based on performance

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Make outbound fundraising calls to solicit pledges for client projects

Follow approved messaging and utilize effective fundraising call structures

Maintain project goals, including occupancy ratio and shift adherence

Demonstrate exceptional customer service and adapt quickly during calls

Accept coaching and feedback positively to improve performance

What is Required (Qualifications):

Must be available for full‑time day shifts, Monday through Friday

Must have a computer, USB headset, web camera, and wired internet connection

Must possess a quiet, distraction‑free workspace for professional interactions

Minimum of 1 year of outbound sales, fundraising, or collections experience

Must pass a background check

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

High school diploma or some college education is a plus

Experience in a performance‑driven environment with daily goals
