What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Make outbound fundraising calls to solicit pledges for client projects

Follow client‑approved messaging and utilize appropriate call structures

Maintain project goals and efficiency metrics, including occupancy and adherence rates

Provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate professional behavior

Accept coaching and counseling positively and perform other assigned duties

What is Required (Qualifications):

Must work full‑time day shifts Monday through Friday; additional shifts may be required during peak seasons

Must reside in the continental United States and have a quiet, distraction‑free workspace

Must own a computer that meets system requirements, a USB headset, a web camera, and a wired internet connection

Minimum of 1 year of outbound sales, fundraising, or collections experience

Must pass a background check

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

High school diploma and/or some college education is a plus

Strong verbal communication skills with clear voice clarity and tone

Ability to handle emotional resilience in response to rejection or negative feedback

Experience with multitasking and managing data entry while conversing

Familiarity with fundraising or customer service environments
