What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Make outbound fundraising calls to solicit pledges for client projects.
Follow client-approved messaging and utilize appropriate call structures.
Maintain project goals and efficiency metrics, including occupancy and shift adherence.
Provide exceptional customer service and react quickly to donor interactions.
Accept coaching and maintain a professional demeanor while focusing on project goals.
What is Required (Qualifications):
Must work full-time during day shifts from Monday to Friday, with potential additional shifts during peak seasons.
Must reside in the continental United States.
Must own a computer that meets system requirements, along with a USB headset, web camera, and wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi).
Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace for professional interactions.
Minimum of 1 year of outbound sales, fundraising, or collections experience.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
A high school diploma and/or some college education is a plus.
Strong communication skills with clear and effective verbal articulation.
Experience with data entry and managing donor information on computer systems.
Ability to handle emotional resilience in challenging fundraising scenarios.
Previous experience in a performance-driven environment.
