What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Make outbound fundraising calls to solicit pledges for client projects
Follow provided and client-approved messaging on every call
Utilize proper call structure and transition phrases as required
Meet and maintain project goals and efficiency metrics, including occupancy and adherence rates
Demonstrate exceptional customer service and maintain a professional appearance and behavior during calls
What is Required (Qualifications)
Must work full-time day shift, Monday - Friday, with potential additional shifts during peak busy seasons
Must reside in the continental United States
Must own a computer, USB headset, web camera, and wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi)
Must have a quiet, uninterrupted workspace for professional interactions
Minimum of 1 year of outbound sales, fundraising, or collections experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
A high school diploma and/or some college education is a plus
Strong verbal communication skills with clear pronunciation and diction
Ability to handle long hours on the phone with stamina and enthusiasm
Experience with data entry and managing donor information using computer systems
Emotional resilience to maintain a positive attitude during challenging calls
