What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Make outbound fundraising calls to solicit pledges for client projects

Follow provided and client-approved messaging on every call

Utilize fundraising call structure and maintain project goals and efficiency metrics

Demonstrate exceptional customer service and respond quickly to potential donors

Accept coaching and maintain a professional appearance and behavior

What is Required (Qualifications):

Must work full‑time day shift Monday - Friday, with additional shifts during peak busy seasons

Must reside in the continental United States

Must possess a computer, USB headset, web camera, and wired internet connection (no Wi‑Fi)

Must have a quiet, distraction‑free workspace to ensure professional interactions

Minimum of 1 year of outbound sales, outbound fundraising, or outbound collections experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

A high school diploma and/or some college education is a plus

Strong communication skills with clear and effective verbal articulation

Previous experience in a performance‑driven environment

Familiarity with data entry and managing donor information

Emotional resilience to handle potential setbacks in fundraising
