What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage 100+ outbound and inbound calls to engage with members
Educate members on the benefits of services and encourage proactive health management
Collect and triage pertinent member history to the appropriate care team
Provide high-quality concierge-level service and establish rapport with members
Maintain accurate documentation and manage an active inventory of requests
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience
Experience in cold calling required
Ability to navigate multiple technology platforms
Strong communication and telephonic skills
Proven time management and organizational abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in a call center or fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to various member personality types
Background in customer service and data entry management
