What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Process customer orders through various channels including phone, email, and fax

Provide accurate pricing, availability, and scheduling information to customers

What is Required (Qualifications)

Associate degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience

Minimum of 3 years in customer-focused roles
